We start cooking when you order with us. All orders ship on Tuesday of each week. Orders must be received by Sunday at midnight to ship on the following Tuesday. Orders received on Monday must wait to ship on Tuesday, a week later.  We are a very small operation and appreciate your patience. 

Food products are not returnable. If your order arrives and is thawed and no longer cold, please email us and we will send a new shipment at our cost. We put a tremendous effort in sourcing top quality ingredients and conforming with requirements of food safety to produce a superior product. You place your trust in us when you order and we will honor it to the very best of our ability.

You will receive an order confirmation by email and another when your order ships.
